Handbills (Flyers) were printed smaller version of  Posters, They were stapled(taped) on Phone Poles, Electric Poles and Building Walls and Music/Audio Retail stores to promote Special Events or Concerts. They were often printed on glow color paper stock. The styles and size of phone pole posters and flyers were varied by event promoter.
